Hi I am just enquiring about the Queen room with Spa bath - One of the reviews states you cannot use the spa at night is this correct?

Good evening. Excuse me, I see your question now. It is correct. The use of the jacuzzi, inside the Queen room, is in the daytime slot, unless there are guests on the upper floor. Only then can the spa also be used in the nighttime slot.

Great stay would definitely stay here again if I’m in Florence.
Very nice people. Made dinner reservations for me. A/c works very well. The bed is very comfortable! Similar to Westin heavenly beds. Very clean. I’m not a breakfast person but they showed me the area which was stocked with cereal and bread for toast. Not sure what else they have but they have fresh oranges available for your own fresh squeezed OJ. You also have your own fridge stocked with water and milk. Not sure what else was in there because I didn’t look very carefully. The owners are very nice and fantastic.
If you are bringing a car, the parking zones are a pain. It’s zone B. The son was able to help me navigate into the zone without getting a ticket and paid parking is a block away. He escorted me to the garage and talked to them to get me a discount. This is no way at all fault of the property owner but a city issue with parking.

Very friendly staff. Room was fantastic with lovely outdoor courtyard. Walking distance to attractions.

Great stay close to city center.
Very stylish, clean and close to city Center. The host was very accomodating and friendly. We even got a tiny breakdast with fresh fruit, milk and yoghurt without having booked breakfast.
Car parking is expensive though. 3 days almost 60€. There are also iptions to park the car more outside the city for less money.

Very good stay
The room was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was a treat and the host was great; very accommodating and helpful. The added breakfast was an unexpected surprise.
Everything was good. Maybe just a little further away from the centre. Not a difficult walk though.
